» 1. Can you deliver my order?
Yes, we can deliver your products directly. A courier fee will apply.
» 2. How long will my order take to arrive?
The estimated delivery times vary from 2-30 working days. This depends on the type of product you’ve ordered, the finish you’ve specified, stock availability and the location we need to deliver your goods to. In general, a standard off the shelf product in a standard finish will typically takes 2 days, while a custom product and special finishes take between 20-30 working days.
» 3. My product was supposed to arrive by now but hasn’t – why not?
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date then get in touch with our Customer Service team by email customerservice@designerdoorware.com.au or call +613 9300 8888. We can investigate your order’s location with our delivery service provider and give you an update as soon as possible.
» 4. How do I get a delivery status update on my order?

» 5. Can you speed up delivery of my product?
Yes, we will try our best to make that happen. We can upgrade your delivery method at any stage prior to your order being despatched from our factory-warehouse. However, once your order has been shipped – and is in transit – we cannot then alter the shipping method in order to speed up delivery.
» 6. Do you deliver worldwide?

» 7. How much does delivery of my order cost in Australia?
Generally speaking, $12 + GST for Melbourne metro and $25 + GST for other areas. The overall cost of your order delivery depends on three things:
• Type, quantity and weight of product
• Location of your delivery address
• Priority level assigned to your delivery

» 8. What are your production lead times?
Off-the-shelf product orders can take 2-3 days from the confirmed order date.
Made-to-order products can take up to 15 working days to complete.
Custom-designed items can take up to 20 working days to complete from design approval.
Please note that these are indicative times only. Production lead times for made-to-order or custom-designed items may vary, depending on the complexity of the design, the materials required or the finish selected for an item.
